OUR PHILOSOPHY

About Us

Our history dates back to 2005, where our founder, Jose Ruben Mendez, became interested in the restaurant industry. He opened his first food branch called “100% Mexican Appetizers” in South Texas, a concept based on traditional Mexican cuisine. Due to its great success and a lot of effort, it managed to expand it to 11 branches in different parts of the city over almost 18 years.
